Key Responsibilities
Provide one on one private duty nursing care for pediatric and young adult clients in the home
Monitor and assess changes in condition and communicate with the care team
Deliver skilled and compassionate nursing support for clients with complex medical needs
Follow the established plan of care and maintain accurate documentation
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

Required Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state
Pediatric or home care experience preferred, but training is available
Strong commitment to patient centered care
