We are seeking a founding Product Designer to join the Arc team. Open to all levels from early career to senior. You will work directly with the founding team to help reinvent startup financing through technology. What You Bring Experience in user experience, visual, and interaction design. Ability to make informed design decisions and communicate them clearly. Experience designing and shipping web/app products across various devices and platforms. At least 2 years of software design experience. A strong design aesthetic and understanding of when less is more. Ability to balance speed and quality in your designs. What You’ll Do Define product requirements and design features aligned with our roadmap. Create high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications. Participate in design reviews with team and leadership. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality implementation. Deliver simple yet powerful design solutions. Nice to Have Experience in startups and fintech. Experience building design systems. Prototyping skills with Framer, Principle, or similar tools.
