Project Manager (Construction)

Job Title: Project Manager (Also hiring APMs and Senior Project Managers)
Job Location:  Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $130k-$160k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + benefits, etc. 
Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience on Hospitality or Commercial projects 

This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on Hospitality and Commercial projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for APMs, PMs, and Senior PMs. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ Years Experience as a Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on TI or ground-up Projects for Hospitality or commercial 
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
