What You'll Be Doing (aka How You'll Flex Your Skills): Property Staff Accountant

• The Property Staff Accountant will keep books balanced by handling monthly account check-ins (AR, AP, tenant deposits, intercompany loans, mortgage accounts, you name it).
• Spot a mismatch? You'll dive in, figure it out, and get everything back in sync.
• Scan and upload invoices to like a pro (and make sure they get to the right spot).
• Be the MVP of the Accounting inbox-organizing, replying, and keeping everything flowing.
• Review, code, and approve invoices in, then batch and send them over to the general ledger.
• Handle billing like a boss: management fees, tenant utility reimbursements, intercompany stuff-all in a month's work.
• Be the go-to for vendors when they have questions-kind of like their financial tour guide.
• Keep our fixed asset records on point and up to date.
• Assist month end close
• Dig into expense accounts and call out any budget weirdness with solid analysis.
• And of course, jump into special projects or surprise tasks that pop up-because no two days are the same.

Salary $50,000 - $65,000
