ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented, and highly organized Receptionist to join our insurance agency. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our agency, ensuring an outstanding client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Agent and Team Members, ensuring efficient time management.
• Assist clients with general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail, process payments, and keep activity logs on our CRM application.
• Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to contribute to the smooth operation of the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
