\n Pay: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
\n Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am-5pm
\nThis position is ONSITE in Osceola, WI and Monticello, MN , must be able to commute to both
\nYou will travel to both locations- 3 days in Osceola/2 days in Monticello

\n What’s a typical day as Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
\n• Providing onsite, front line support to both employees and the client, ensuring excellence in delivery.
\n• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
\n• Attracting and assessing prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to meet client hiring needs.
\n• Keeping on top of payroll issues and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely employee payments.
\n• Working with Kelly’s and the Client’s safety team to maintain a safe working environment for all.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a minimum of 3+ years of staffing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
\n• Possess strong technical acumen with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\n• Demonstrate proven ability to effectively engage customers through proactive communication and strategic relationship building.
\n• Are results-oriented with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
\n• Have an understanding of HR/staffing practices, including onboarding and offboarding, as well as employment law (preferred).
