Description Robert Half is looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team in a temp to temp-to-hire base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to operational excellence. This is a remote position that is based in Oregon and offers an exciting opportunity to support recruitment processes and drive organizational growth. The selected candidate must reside in Oregon. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights. - Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders. - Optimize workflows and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to address hiring challenges and remove barriers. - Provide creative solutions to support rapid growth and meet organizational demands. - Demonstrate expertise in applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment operations. - Guide managers through recruitment tools and processes to improve hiring outcomes. - Stay updated on market trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle or corporate recruiting. - Proficiency in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. - Strong expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. - High level of resourcefulness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. - Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide hiring processes.
