WATCH GUARD 24/7 IS PROUDLY LICENSED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING SERVICES Responsibilities Officer's responsibilities will generally include, but not be limited to: Serving predominantly as front entrance security presence and maintaining high visibility Reporting any facility issues Patrolling and monitoring school indoor and outdoor facilities to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff and the security of the facility Adhering that all visitors are screened before entering the building Notifying of any emergency, potentially dangerous, or unusual situations Adhering to Client policies, procedures, and rules Performing any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by their supervisor, and not otherwise prohibited by law or regulation Must be able to stand for long period of time. Qualifications Retired NYPD/CORRECTIONS law enforcement. Armed security guard license Unrestricted carry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate as a team alongside other law enforcement security professionals.
