Job Title: SAP Process Analyst Location: Remote Salary: $90k-120k The SAP Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and leverage SAP capabilities to drive value for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing sales processes, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and develop functional specifications for SAP SD solutions. Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs, including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and customer master data. Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports within the SAP landscape. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of SAP SD solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Provide end-user training and support to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and technology advancements to recommend innovative solutions and drive strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module implementation and support. 10+ years of experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check and ATP (Available-to-Promise), Billing and Invoicing, and Credit Management. Demonstrated leadership of prior SAP S/4 pricing modules implementation or enterprise-wide redesign. 5-7+ years of related experience in Project Management through developing and executing test plans to ensure that the system is working as expected, and relevant SAP module (system architecture) experience in related industry. In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, configuration, and integration with other modules such as MM, FI/CO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certification in Sales & Distribution (SD) is preferred.
