Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold erection crews across multiple active job sites. This role demands a field-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values operational excellence, and has a strong track record in construction or scaffolding supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffold erection crews at various Northeast job sites
• Coordinate daily work schedules, crew assignments, and jobsite logistics
• Ensure strict adherence to company and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain clear and timely communication with project managers and foremen
• Proactively identify and resolve onsite challenges to maintain project timelines
• Travel regularly across PA, NY, VA, OH, and NJ as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience in scaffolding or construction environments
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and jobsite management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing field conditions
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
• OSHA safety certifications (10-hour, 30-hour, or equivalent)
