We’re Everwild—an independent creative studio that builds leading brands. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer or Art Director who’s equal parts maker and leader, ready to turn smart strategy into head-turning work.

What you’ll do

• Partner with clients and our in-house team to create brand systems that live beautifully across web, mobile, social, email, and beyond.
• Own projects from sketch to delivery: set the creative direction, define the look & feel, craft design elements, and document standards.
• Lead visual storytelling—directing photo, illustration, motion, film, VO, and music when needed.
• Collaborate daily with strategists, account folks, writers, and developers in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.
• Present your ideas with clarity and support others with thoughtful critique.

You’ll thrive here if you…

• Understand how brands are built and how design drives action.
• Have strong UI/UX instincts and know responsive design inside and out.
• Can switch from concepting a campaign to tightening a design system without breaking a sweat.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years at brand/design/digital/advertising shops (freelance counts).
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma.
• A portfolio that shows identity work, design systems, and consistent, real-world application.
• Clear written & verbal communication.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and giving/receiving constructive feedback.
• Positive, proactive, can-do energy.

Bonus points

• Timeline-based animation or video editing/directing.
• HTML/CSS familiarity.

We’re a 25-year-old creative agency in Holland, Ohio, designing for the people, places, and spaces where life happens—locally and a world away. Our studio sits on a hilltop overlooking 10 wooded acres and a winding stream—perfect for fresh air, fresh ideas, and the occasional deck cocktail.
