What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions regarding solutions and services
• Contribute to the qualification of prospects and sales cycle closure plans
• Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives
• Respond to RFIs and assist in proof of concept system builds

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years of HCM domain expertise, covering functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and/or Learning
• Experience in Non-Profit HCM presales or as a non-profit practitioner
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Proven track record in a Presales/Sales Consulting role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
