Job Summary
As the Sous Chef of a premier corporate location at 11 Times Square, you will support the successful culinary operations, focusing largely on catering, and receptions. You will support the Executive Chef and serve as lead in his/her absence, taking responsibility for culinary functions including ordering, inventory and management.
This position requires Monday through Friday daytime and early evening availability. Shifts generally start at 7am but will flex based on evening events (approximately 1-2 nights per week/ no later than 9pm).
