Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Mount Carmel Home Infusion is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding and program management Pharmacy Tech. The Tech will perform Sterile Compounding, Inventory control, regulatory compliance. This position is Monday - Friday at MCE. *** prefer Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) , but not required.*** Position Purpose: Lead provides support for the interview process, evaluation process, establishing schedules, and adjusting/communicating assignments. Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education: High School or GED required Licensure / Certification: Approved Pharmacy Technician Certification. Active registration as a Certified Tech with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Experience: 2 year minimum experience, 3-5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred. Effective Communication Skills Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and onboarding Thorough experience in all pharmacy operational areas; proficiency with internet based applications Excel preferred Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines, organize and review work of other Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in an effort to continually improve quality and safety.
