Job Description

Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Makes efforts to meet Membership goals and maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and Company steel standard guidelines. Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and Company steel standard guidelines. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy; respect the Individual; build strong relationships; mentor others; and act with integrity, modeling Walmart values, making a positive impact, and acting selflessly. Serve our Customers and Members, deliver results while putting the customer first, make decisions based on reliable information, balance priorities, consider impacts on the team, and exhibit curiosity, continuous improvement, and resilience. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and material handling. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Membership or loyalty program support. Knowledge of Walmart® or Sam’s Club® policies and procedures. Experience with inventory and order processing. Base Pay Range $19.00 / hour – $26.00 / hour Benefits Health benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
