Express is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a local medical supply store in Honolulu. The ideal candidate must have a great attitude, good communicator, and must be familiar with the local names and locations on island.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

• Will be responsible for answering calls and assisting walk in clients
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendar
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Must have a COVID vaccination
• Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle
