Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Roofs directly to potential customers in need of a new roof covered by the insurance company on designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to effectively manage relationships and drive revenue through direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to potential Roofing customers in need of a new roofing system covered by the insurance conpany , presenting products and services effectively.
• Manage assigned territories, ensuring coverage and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize technical sales skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and territory management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in Roofing direct sales thru the insurance claim process and business development, preferably in a door-to-door capacity. proven ability to close deals, conduct roof inspections, and understand insurance claim procedures.

Strong skills in territory management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Familiarity with technical sales processes and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Experience with upselling techniques and understanding customer needs is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Hailtrace CRM for tracking Qualified leads and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
