Job Description
The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Coordinates move-in and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.
What You’ll Do:
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
Process rental applications and lease agreements.
Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions
Problem-solving skills
What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales and customer service skills
Lease-up experience
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
