Premier Pools & Spas and Premier Pool Service – Pool Service Technician
We are a dynamic and growing small business seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for all aspects of water chemistry, pool circulation, filtration, cleaning, minor equipment repairs, vinyl liner replacements, and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous pool service or maintenance experience or a strong desire to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently. We provide full-scale inground pool installations, hot tubs, saunas, pool services, and retail supplies. OBJECTIVES:
--Regularly maintain and service residential and commercial pools and hot tubs, including cleaning, balancing chemicals, open and close pools for the season, and inspecting equipment.
-Perform minor repairs and maintenance on pool equipment and systems.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional-quality service on time.
-Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work environment.
-Keep detailed service records and reports.
COMPETENCIES:
-Previous pool service or any kind of maintenance experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
-Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and good physical health. Monday-Friday work week (weekends off). Winter layoff from December through mid-March is likely.
