\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• ICU patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2; MS/Tele ratios: 1:4 or 1:5
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week with facility allowed to call off 6 times during 13-week assignment
\n• Must float between ICU and MS/Tele units as needed for staffing
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted
\n• Active Arizona RN license or compact license required
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Must be open to floating where most needed between ICU and MS/Tele units
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Cerner charting system experience preferred
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Must have neuro and trauma experience
\n• Must be able to care for all types of critically ill patients
\n• PCU and/or MS/Tele work history preferred
\n• Must be comfortable with standard med surg/tele equipment and Liko lifts
\n• Skills required: arterial line management, ventilator management, central line care, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Must work 2 out of 3 holidays during assignment

\nThis short-term acute care facility is a teaching hospital with Level IV trauma designation featuring 87 staffed beds. The facility maintains high-quality patient safety standards and utilizes modern technology including Cerner charting systems. The ICU unit has 13 beds serving 6-8 patients daily, with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and radiology. The facility offers free parking and maintains a collaborative environment focused on providing excellent patient care for adults and geriatric populations.
