• On-Call Shift Schedule: Mon–Thurs
- No call Fridays; 2 weeks per month
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: Shared equally

• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics (12 mo+) - Geriatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately
- 600 surgical cases per month
- 40 endoscopy cases per month
- 700 deliveries per year
• Case Mix: Bariatric, breast, general, OB/GYN, plastic, orthopedic (heavy regional); no trauma, neuro, or cardiac cases

• EMR: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: 13 ORs, 1 hybrid OR, 2 catheterization labs, Standard OR and ASC equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: CRNA support, surgical subspecialties
• Support Staff Available: 20 CRNA (24hr in-house coverage); 9 physicians
• Additional Department Details: 13 ORs, 1 hybrid OR, 2 catheterization labs
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia (required; heavy orthopedics)
• Anesthesia for bariatric, breast, general surgery, OBGYN, ortho, plastics
• CRNA supervision / medical direction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license/IMLC (facility willing to license)
• Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Required (Pennsylvania)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Experience: Regional anesthesia experience required
• Other Qualifications: Epic charting experience required, NPI and name clear, Flu required (exemptions allowed); COVID medical/religious exemptions allowed
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services in OR and ASC settings
• Supervise CRNAs under the 100% medical direction model
• Participate in weekday call rotation Monday–Thursday
• Deliver safe regional anesthesia with orthopedic case focus
• Complete orientation and Epic training as required
